Jan. 27, 06: Thalian Hall, Wilmington, NC,
What a venue to play! People have been taking a bow on Thalian's stage for 150 years straight! There's a good chance my favorite, Will Rogers, played this venue 90 years ago. Just a few seats shy of sold out, and we taped this one with 3 cameras. Perhaps we'll release it someday.

A black tie event for a couple hundred at a country club. And a one hour version of the show. Different but a blast. So even super rich people like the show.
Jan. 18, 06: Danville Area Association for the Arts & Humanities, Danville, VA,
700 people in attendance and on a Wednesday night! Wow, they love their theatre in Danville. Another two hour show because of laughter.

Jan. 14, 06: Diana Wortham Theatre, Asheville, NC,
The kind of gig that makes you feel like you died and went to heaven. Just shy of selling out. Large enough venue to hold hundreds, but small enough to not have to use a mic! And people laughed so much the show ran 1/2 hour long.
Jan. 13, 06: Broyhill Civic Center, Lenoir, NC,
A 20 foot screen. Show visuals looked their best.
Jan. 12, 06: Walhalla Civic Auditorium, Walhalla, SC,

Charleston City Paper said, "More than simply a good story with jokes and drama, Patrick Combs' one man show Man 1, Bank 0 has something to say about the crazy idealist notion of being decent and human... With well-played villains and heroes, Man 1 is something of a comic reworking of David versus Goliath, or even, maybe, 1984.- Charleston City Paper
